The San Juan Bridge is a major viaduct across the San Juan Water Reservoir, along the South Luzon Expressway [SLEX] rehabilitated, upgraded and extended by the expressway's new operator MTD. A new bridge, called the San Juan Bridge No. 1, was contructed between the two existing bridges of the north and southbound lanes of the expressway. The bridge was constructed without closing the north and southbound bridges from traffic.
